Workshops
Helen has developed a series of workshops which cover the basics of trusting your own intuition as well as introductory psychic development topics. Participants are introduced to a range of grounding and protection techniques, as well as simple meditations and some basic psychic tools to communicate with your own Guides. These psychic development workshops are currently held in Brisbane with a view to expanding the program to other cities across Australia.

Saturday 17th July, 2010 Finding and following your intuition
Similar to the ‘Psychic 101’ workshops held in 2009, this four hour workshop takes participants through simple tools and techniques to find their inner voice and listen to the guidance or intuition they receive in their own life. Group sizes are kept at around 10 people, so you can get the most from the workshop and enough time with Helen to ask your questions. This is the perfect workshop for anyone beginning to work with psychic tools or wanting to know more about finding and following their intuition.
The workshop covers:
- Grounding and protecting your energy
- Introduction to auras and chakras
- Communicating with your Guides
- Meditation techniques
- Automatic writing
- Pendulums
- Dreams

Individual classes
Clients can also work with Helen in a one-on-one setting to develop their intuition, psychic and medium abilities. These sessions can be specifically tailored to the client’s needs and skill level which is discussed with the client prior to the session.
